What does “slow sewing” mean?

Slow sewing means we take our time creating each piece with care and intention instead of mass producing. Every item is thoughtfully handmade, which makes each piece unique and special.

How long does it take to process my order?

Processing times vary depending on the item. Made-to-order pieces typically take 7–14 business days, while ready-to-ship items are sent out within 1–3 business days.

What items are made-to-order vs. ready-to-ship?

Product descriptions will always let you know if an item is made-to-order or ready-to-ship. If your order includes both, everything will ship together once all items are completed.

Are your products truly handmade?

Yes! Every item is handmade by us with love. From cutting fabric to sewing and finishing details, each piece is carefully crafted in our Los Angeles workspace.

Will my item look exactly like the photos?

Because our products are handmade and often one-of-a-kind, slight variations may occur. That’s part of what makes your piece unique and extra special.

Do you restock sold-out items?

Some items may be restocked, while others are limited or one-of-a-kind. Follow us or check back for updates on restocks and new drops.

Can I request custom or personalized pieces?

Yes! We’re always happy to receive requests for custom pieces. While we can’t guarantee that every request will be accepted, we love bringing your ideas to life whenever possible.

If you’re interested, please email us with your inspiration photos, details, and any specifics for your custom piece. From there, we’ll review your request and let you know if it’s something we can create.

Please note: If your piece is accepted it may take longer to produce. We will provide a timeline of when your product will be ready.

What shipping methods do you offer?

We ship using USPS by default, but you may choose a different shipping method at checkout if available.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Due to the handmade nature of our products, all sales are. Please reach out if you have any issues with your order — we’re happy to help!

What does “Collective” mean? And why does it show on some products?

“Collective” means that the item was created by another small business that we love and support.

From time to time, we feature and sell products made by other creatives in our shop as part of our collective. Our goal is to uplift fellow small businesses while also bringing you even more cute, unique, and creative items to enjoy.

It’s all about community, collaboration, and supporting each other.
