Processing Time
Because we focus on slow sewing and intentional craftsmanship, our processing times vary:

• Made-to-order items: Please allow 7-14 business days for production before shipping.
• Ready-to-ship items: These will typically be shipped within 3-5 business days.

If your order includes both made-to-order and ready-to-ship items, everything will be shipped together once all items are complete.

Shipping Methods
We ship all orders through USPS by default. At checkout, customers may choose an alternative shipping method if available.

Shipping Costs
All shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and will be calculated at checkout based on your selected shipping method and location.

Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for packages sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.

Lost or Delayed Packages
Once your order has been shipped, we are not responsible for delays, lost, or stolen packages. If any issues arise, please contact USPS or your selected carrier directly with your tracking information.
