Returns and Refunds
Thank you for supporting our small business. Due to the handmade nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds.
However, if your item arrives damaged, we are happy to help. We offer a one-time exchange for damaged items. To be eligible, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the damage.
Once approved, we will send a replacement for the same item.
